Note well that I have used more weasel words than Hubert Humphrey. This is an attribution from anonymous/pseudonymous online sources. Hell, I fall into that category...
I personally don't know what it is. But if you put his name and Resco Patriot into a search engine you can find multiple claims to that effect. |
