    Default Yeah it is him...

    Aloha Richard,

James will answer, but yes, it is the real JamesK.

For that matter, I haven't seen your name in a while. Happy New Year, and hope you're doing fine!

    Mahalo,

    Andy

    It's me, sort of.

I knocked the barrister for social services out and threatened to do the same to the judge (who I was strangling at the time) and got my first criminal record at the age of 51 (Assault and Battery for which I was bound over to keep the Queens Peace a proper court accepting mitigation by way of exceptional provocation, good character and service and diminished responsibility at that time). I changed my job in the MOD civil service and a while later retired every early on a much reduced pension. I now write history books, research for other historians, teach history to the MOD and other government departments as a contractor. I quit the Army Reserve as well. I sold all my valuable watches and pretty much everything else of value to fight the legal battle for my grandsons. My other (nice) daughter has a lovely daughter with a good man with a good job and we love being grandparents. Things have gone less well for my other daughter, the one who lost her sons My son is still in the army, transferred from logistics to the infantry and is now a reconnaissance specialist with a specialist infantry battalion with some operational tours behind him. I'm still fighting for contact with my grandsons and in doing so pay a large percentage of my yearly income to support the very expensive British legal system. I had a lovely car which blew up and now drive a Honda, we live in the same place (tiny, lovely and out of the way), I have less hair on my head, rather more from my ears, I'm fatter and have fewer front teeth as they were knocked out by the police when they pulled me off of the judge. We take regular breaks to Sussex and I've not been abroad since my last visit to the US. That's it, most of it.

James, we have remembered much of that, with the exception of the strangling of the judge, etc., but your actions were understood. Meanwhile, we are back here now and will be encouraging the original members to return if they so desire.

    Hi All,
Nice to see some old names pop-up and know your still around. Selling off all my non-military stuff, pocket watch, civilian watches, clocks, extra tools etc....Just know won't get them all done and they will be sold by my son and wife at a garage sale. Still taking in projects from members and keeping them flying, diving or marching whatever their mission was. Have a Happy New Year....Scott

    Default Doing fine...

Aloha Richard, Bob, Sapo and Cliff,

Doing okay, still in Honolulu. The Nork missile didn't get to us Mika is doing fine. Remember when her birth was first announced on MWR – have we been around that long? She’s a sophomore in high school, switched from public to private school this year after some frustration at her old school. She did have a good freshman year, did well in national academic competitions in Los Angeles and Corvallis, Oregon, and is doing more things this year. She's scheduled to compete in Washington D.C. with her team in April (National History Bowl) and we're waiting for the state ocean science championships to see if she goes to Boulder, Colorado the week after D.C.

    Mahalo,

    Andy
