    Maybe a Bulova Accutron Astronaut? The date code on the case back would be N8.

    @Myron: Good point you have there. I have some belongings of my dad that were things he was just collecting, nothing important. Other things he bought for his own needs seem to be more valuable to me, not its economic value but for its emotional momentum. I will consider this and will think of a suitable watch of actual production. What was your choice?

    @Burgs: Nice watches these Bulovas, could be something for me too.

    in that case maybe a re edition of a 1968 watch.. Hamilton, JLC..

    Correction, the correct date code for a 1968 Accutron Astronaut would be M8, not N8 as I stated previously.
