    Interesting watch. The dealer who previous sold this watch is a
    renowned dealer. Why does it looks so "new" ? Why should someone engrave a real watch like this? The owner describe, that the preivoius owner replaced the dial. But he don't know about the engraving. Strange.

    Check the back of the lugs, not a single mark from changing straps/bracelets in a 35 year old watch?

    Mmmhh interesting, but when I look at the castle ruins on the left picture, the battle of hastings must have been a looong time ago. Are you sure, that they used milsub in this early days?

    It was a weak attempt at humour on my part. Battle of Hastings occurred in 1066 which is part of the engraving.

    Same Dealer? Renown for not disclosing all information on non-original parts? Over charging on watches?
