Default Registering bullet button assault weapons in the Golden State

The SF insanity cabal stumbles in their efforts to register by Jan 1 2017. Xavier Becerra ~ Attorney General, couldn't run a 7-11 let alone a state.

UPDATE AS OF Sun Apr 23 2017 17:03:15 GMT-0700 (Pacific Standard Time): The ability to register an Assault Weapon pursuant to Assembly Bill 1135 and Senate Bill 880, is not yet available. Pursuant to AB 1135 and SB 880, Assault Weapon registration regulations must be effective before any registrations can take place. At this time, the regulations are still pending, however they should be effective in the very near future. Please continue to check the Bureau of Firearms website for updates.

Yah...............But.....................The state legislators need not concern themselves about registration issues...............Remember, they also passed the bill which gives themselves immunity to these new laws. As far as Feinstein, remember she carries a concealed weapon daily ?................................Hmmmmm.

and my answer to the member who asked...........what is an assault weapon? Well it is any weapon used in an assault, yep, even an ink pen, as our legislators wielded when the again...............assaulted our liberties guaranteed by the United States Constitution.

    Jus sayin.....................................

It is a theoretical rifle based on a series of arbitrary features like a bayonet lug (which is part of and attached to the gas block) a flash hider, a pistol grip and an adjustable buttstock. The people who make the laws have no idea what any of these things are and absolutely no idea of how they make a rifle more lethal. The salient point is that as citizens we are allowed to own firearms as a balance against a tyrannical government. The tyrannical government has 30+ rounds, we get 10. The tyrannical government has full automatic machine guns, tanks, grenades and when the members of their group are not working, they get to carry a concealed weapon with 18 rounds to protect them and their family. We get a small pocket knife. That is how a group of 50 youths can take over a train carload of citizens and systematically rob everyone of their wallets cell phones and possessions and get away with it in Oakland.

Maybe in the sections of CA that are less prone to hysteria there could be enough citizens who would pull together enough gumption to enact "sanctuary cities" for firearms.
