Ha ha, I can't afford one now I've bought all those bloody watches :-). The answer's 4 or 5 of those I expect.

Actually I ride a P3....but it does have Zipps

Hopefully those bloody watches will go up in value unlike bikes ... I'm on a P2 and see little point in upgrading.

Ah, a fellow Tester. A P2's about the best bang per buck you can get.

congrats Rob, you finally got there in the end, well done.

some very nice watches there especially that elusive Longines.

although I do believe that I can spy one MOD dial in there amongst the pack!

damn, they are even arranged alphabetically.

as everyone seems to be talking about Ps here's my MOD minty green one -

Thanks Dave, & that's a very nice Eterna. I think it's the Lemania which has the MOD dial?

Dave disagrees with me on this but I think the Vertex is 'MoD refurbished' - I have one also which I think is legit. The dial is a high quality refinish - unusually keeping the 'Swiss Made' nomenclature - and the hands are 'Paul Wellers' (skinny Mod - geddit?). It may have an R 1964 to the inner case back (indicating perhaps 'Refurbished 1964'?)

Thanks Martin. I'll take the back off tonight & have a look. This type of dial doesn't quite conform to the "standard" in that it doesn't have a baton of lume with a dot either side at the 12 mark.

Quite right - I hadn't noticed that before (whereas the original vertex does conform).

I don't recall disagreeing, in fact I thought I agreed, well I'm not going to argue about it!

    LOL.

I missed that one, yes certainly not a factory dial..

@trident-7: thanks for checking. I really like the dials on these.

@dave: it was a while ago now, but I thought we had agreed to disagree.....
