Anyone else fancy coming along? Send us a PM. There will be excellent cask ales where we are meeting.

Would love to be there but wife away and I'm therefore on child sitting duties. Drat. Can you organise another?

It's a damn shame I can't make this as I'd really enjoy a good watch chat. I might be heading to the Brunel watch fair so maybe catch some of you there.

For those that couldn't make it, I can strongly recommend The Harp in Covent Garden. http://www.harpcoventgarden.com/

And a couple of pictures... (Sorry Photobucket is painful to use, otherwise there would be more)

    Enjoy!

I used to drink there when it was called The Welsh Harp, Handy for Charing Cross station when I had a love interest who lived south of the river.

I was in London when the meet took place and was tempted to go, but it wouldn't have been appropriate given the circumstances of my visit to the UK, I should be back in early May, so if anyone is around maybe we can have another meet.

Well done - the Harp used to be my work local though I've never understood why they style themselves as being in Covent Garden. They are just over the road from Trafalgar Square post office. I trust the Hophead was in fine condition?
