    I'm guessing that the awards were probably going to SEAL team members?

    Found this great site while looking around heaps of great photos..(Has the same photo on the cover of a 1969 edition of 'The Gator')

    All those silver stars and bronze stars have the V device. so none are for meritorious truck driving. I have never seen a V device on the green weenie before. Nobody even takes the green weenie. Also multiple purple hearts 2nd award. Real deal.

    seller says -

    This was taken by Navy Chief Petty Officer David B. Wilson . He had an illustrious career in the Navy, including attending Syracuse University, Wilson joined civil service.

    Stationed at the Pentagon, he was personal photographer to dignitaries including the Secretary of Defense, the Secretary of the Navy and Chief of Naval Operations with whom he traveled extensively to many states and countries, including China. Wilson was honored in many ways as a civil servant and photographer.

    Nice award photo if you collect SEAL or other SF items........What's the award 2nd row from the top 5th award from the left?
