    Default California Dreaming

My wife bought a new Subaru about a month ago, loves it. Yesterday she was rear ended in a car wash by a Mexican illegal woman who had neither license nor insurance. She didn't speak English, couldn't read the instructions or understand when the workers told her to put the car in neutral. She simply stepped on the accelerator and ended up under the Subaru. She was detained in the office while the Car Wash people found an interpreter. My wife called our insurance agent who advised against calling the cops since "They won't do anything anyway". The illegal woman was very aloof and offhand about the whole thing because in her world she has done nothing wrong. It is estimated that 38% of the drivers in this area are illegals with no license or insurance.

This afternoon Governor Brown signed six new gun laws that will make felons out of honest citizens for things like possessing grandfathered magazines that hold more than 10 rounds (they are going to confiscate them), loaning a family member a gun or buying ammunition without a background check. If I wasn't born here, I'd be gone and abandon this paradise to the third world bums who have invaded it and the liberal asshats who run it.

Immigration status aside, I would have thought that the police would be an unlicensed and uninsured driver. I would have called them as a matter of course.

Don't get me started on the latest round of gun related bills. It's getting beyond stupid.

If these laws made any sense whatsoever, they might be accepted but they do nothing except make felons out of Honest citizens. Every one designed to simply harass gun owners. This is a disturbing example of political power in the hands of children.

I saw the new California gun laws that Governor Moonbeam signed into law. I feel sorry for any honest law abiding citizen living in California. I also feel sorry for you guys on the illegal alien issue. It's got to be hard for you to take when your own government sells it's citizens down the river in favor of the illegal criminals. "Sanctuary cities" are completely illegal yet both your state government and our federal government turn a blind eye. As for your wife's accident if I were you I'd find a new insurance agent. Yours obviously isn't looking out for the best interests of his own company, much less your best interests. Either he (or she) is jaded because they know the real score or they're a sympathizer with the illegal agenda. If that were you or I driving with no license, insurance and etc. I guarantee that your insurance agent would DEMAND that the police be called to try and mitigate the loss to their company.

Well stop whining and move out of Calif. like I did. In MT you buy a gun in a shop fill out paper work and one phone call for back ground check it is done and 15-20 minutes your out the door with your gun same day. First gun show I went to in MT I bought two 15 round magazines for my M-1 carbines and a P-38 mauser German issue pistol walked out with them. The best thing about MT is no smog check on your car and if you own a vehicle older than 10 years you can get permeant tags a one time fee and never have to pay DMV for tags ever again did that with my truck and if your into motorcycles new or old you can get permeant tags for them and no sells tax's and gas is cheaper. My best friend back in Calif. now thinking about moving out of Calif. and moving to Oregon when he retires. You can live cheaper in a lot of states were it's way cheaper to live than expensive Calif. and less people every tom dick and harry seems to move to Calif. that's why it's so over crowded it's about time other states get's Californians I can drive on a two lane road were the speed limit 70 MPH and I am the only one on it no bumper to bumper shit like the last time I went to Calif. like going down the 80 free way by Davis and people stopping for no reason on the freeway I call that a Calif. stop fucking A-Holes the best thing I ever did was leave and complaining about Calif. left me real nice and all the stress left me to. I did not care I was born in Calif. and lived there most of my life fuck it I left. I heard Calif. mite be doing a test program to charge mileage for use of the roads when you drive your car my brother saw that on the news Dave if they do that dam it move out of Calif.

Here is the link on charging for mileage used when a poor Calif. drives his car. You know another thing since living in MT over three year I have yet seen a dam parking meter and Calif. nickel and dimes you to death because any city wanting more money in Calif. puts those dam parking meters every were.

There are certain things that I can't do without, one being the ocean. It is the best TV ever made. I also never quit. I spent a month traveling into Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Utah, Nevada and Ariz. I couldn't wait to get back to Sonoma County. Ketcham Idaho, there is everything there I like, restaurants, bakeries, good grocery stores, wine, just like here because the rich people live there. 20 miles away you can't buy a can of tuna. I get the good life here and I'm not rich at all. I could live in Whitefish, or Kalespell but not in Hamilton. I need more than log cabin companies and Indian casinos. I'm not willing to just leave and hand it to the third world invaders. I think that at some point the San Francisco liberals will be tossed out. I read a description that explains why people are getting out of SF. A woman on Mina st in SF called the cops to complain: there was a naked man lying on the street between two parked cars. He was screaming and had a hypodermic needle in his arm and a wine bottle stuck up his ass.
At some point there must be an end, to let one of the most beautiful cities in the world be overrun by bums just can't stand.

I'm in Connecticut, and we have the same stuff going on here. I'm going to move once my kids are out of school. Thank God for the Southland and the *free* West.

Well, the thing that's burns me is that the California legislators who made these laws added one more. As a part of the package, they included one that exempts the legislators permanently from these very same laws ! Did you know that?
HMMM............And we keep electing these people to govern us.

    Tom.
Come on down to Texas. Have a 160 ranch for hunting and a Cabin in Colorado to stay cool in the summer and fish. P.S. Texas has No State Income Tax and we have a Tax Free Sportsman weekend when you can buy your guns, ammo and what ever with no tax....

Too flat, too hot, great people, better politics but I like it here. I was born here, I'm a plank owner. I just don't like liberal asshats and progressive weenies. Liberals eventually grow up and start thinking again. The worm will turn. When they toss out the several million Mexican freeloaders the voting may change as well.

As it stands now with the Democrat temper tantrum in full swing, there could be a very unhappy ending to this whole mess. It is a correlated plot to impeach a duly elected president by the media, the intelligence agencies, the political parties and the hired protesters that do the dirty work. This is treason. At some point someone will actually wake up and start making these pinheads obey the laws of this country.

My first wife was from Harlingen. Love those Texas women. 5'11" married me right after Vietnam. She got the best of the crazy person.
I was born in Glendale but my folks went north right after the war. I've lived in Sonoma County my whole life. Hunted, skin dive, surfer, 2 hr drive to skiing, 45 min to the beach.
Quincy, grass valley, Nevada City beautiful up there.

I wonder if there will ever be a chance that you could cast a ballot for a Governor of North California?
