Default Need some help with 5.56mm stripper clips.....

    Hi guys,

I would like to buy 10 x 5.56mm stripper clips, they are on Ebay but sellers either are unwilling to send to Norway or this 'Global Shipping Program' has made it so expensive that it's not worth buying things from the US on Ebay anymore..... If someone can help with even 1/2 dozen stripper clips I'd be grateful!

    Cheers, John

International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) restrictions.

Strict interpretation of Arms Export Control Act means you cannot ship "anything that could be used to wage war" out of the country without an export license from the State Department.

Yes, the lowly stripper clip is an ITAR regulated item.

    Hi,

Amazon do not ship to Norway.

The interpretation is usually pretty relaxed, I have purchased pistol magazines, M1 carbine bolt, laser sights and all sorts of other firearm related items without a problem....

I would like a couple of stripper clips to hold 9mm rounds.

    Cheers,

    - John

I only have 30 carbine stripper clips, the 9mm will slide on but with too much effort to use as strippers.

    Hi,
I didn't realise it but there are stripper clips made for 9mm, they hold 8 rounds (just right for my Sig P225), There's a US seller that sells good used ones at 20 for $5.

A very nice US MWR member is letting me order 20 stripper clips addressed to him and he will send the clips to me.

    Cheers, John
