Where else can you select from 35+ colors and sizes of NATO bands in stock AND get the killer deal of $20 each with FREE SHIPPING anywhere in the world.

You can see complete list of nylon NATO straps colors and sizes I have in stock at the bottom of this ad. There are more pictures at my web site email billmahoney@aol.com if you need more details.

I now offer James Bond style NATOs in 12 different styles. Compare all Bond styles on the same vintage Rolex Submariner 5513 shown in the pictures.

I'm happy to expand the popular Black Khaki Bond selection to 18mm, 20mm and 22mm.

I am also expanding on the popularity of the New Bond Grey and New Bond Khaki NATO bands I am offering by adding new styles to the line with red stripes with this New Bond Black.

NEW BOND BLACK in 20mm

Viewing the old James Bond movies on Blu-ray, we’re now able to detect thin red lines in the striped watch strap Sean Connery wore on his Rolex Submariner. That style has been known for many years simply as the James Bond NATO band. So now I’m selling several new styles of Bond nylon NATOs in 20mm size featuring the red lines. Some people are now calling the bands with the red lines The Real James Bond NATO bands.

The red-striped Bonds are all the welded type with the proper NATO solid stainless steel fixed buckles. They become part my biggest selection of nylon NATO straps available online anywhere, including many styles, size and colors you can't buy from other suppliers.

Hi All.
What do you make of this one that came up for auction today.
Experts out there will I hope will be able to tell us more about it. My limited knowledge tells me early 1953 Pre Explorer and very similar in appearance to the early mil subs. Bubble back, hands, dial, screw down crown. I had a look at it and took some pictures. 100% Rolex. Looks like an early clearance divers watch to me. I had a punt but came up short. Sold for £6000.00

Any opinions please.

Kind regards.

hi all,

here is a seldom seen late '60's model # 166.062 seamaster big crown diver in near mint condition with it's original model # 1039 bracelet. nice hefty men's watch 37mm without crown, and has all the sharp factory edges to the case and never any damage. any lines or shadows you see in the pictures are just minor surface marks on the acrylic crystal, as the dial is gorgeous dark blue with the racing style outer chapter ring, and the blue bakelite bezel is perfect. the big crown screws down perfectly and the crystal is original with the omega emblem. the cal. 565 movement is nice and clean, and it's keeping chronometer time within 4 seconds per day! as you can see from the pics, we took these photos as the date was changing over. the date function and quick change is working perfectly. this was a pampered 1 owner watch and has been in our collection for over 7 years.

the pics don't do it justice as the watch is stunning in person. my price is $850 delivered via fedex, and a quick google search will show that no one could ever find one of these rare models in this condition with the original bracelet for anywhere near my price! (i bought it VERRRRY cheap years ago) :)

Ive been hunting through my watchbox for things I dont wear as I have the need for a little cash for another project and this watch didnt make eye contact quite fast enough, so sadly it is for the chop!

This is a watch that Billy sold me a few years back and at the time it was freshly worked on my Jack @ IWW and has a small issue in that someone (Jack I think) replaced the original movement with an ETA 2892, I think the originals were Felsa 4000 or something like that. So the upshot of this is that with the nice black ETA datewheel fitted the dial is very slightly out of line by 1 second (counter clockwise). This isn't something you notice in use actually but its there all the same. Billy sent it back to Jack who didnt do anything to change it as I think it would need a new ETA date overlay to get it done properly, back then I dont think people knew about that sort of thing, but I am told it's much easier to get that stuff now.

This is the largest case that these watches came in and is the same case/bezel from what i can tell as the BP Bund models, much larger than the same looking cases used by Doxa for the 250/ Zeno seahunter and again much larger and heavier than the modern reissue Squales, it really is a great big solid case! The case is PVD and the bezel is acrylic, its used but in really good shape, sure it has a few dings but nothing that detracts from the watch in use. The crystal was polished by Jack and has a small nick on the edge but is clear enough and again that doesnt detract from the watch at all. The dial and hands are clean enough but show signs of wear under a loupe. Crown (unsigned) looks newish and screws down well. The back has scratches from some horrid watchmaker with poor tools, but would polish out if you wanted. Dial/back/strap have all the lovely squale logos throughout and starts up the minute you pick it up.

Strap is a rare twice signed (strap and buckle) squale rubber that looks close to new/nos and suits the watch well. Watch can be used as is or sort out the date and have the minute hand painted orange and youd have a really ncie watch worth quite a bit more than i am asking due to its rare case.

Case is 41mm wide and approx 14mm tall - very chunky!

Looking for $750 including shipping to anywhere in the world, payment by paypal gift. I have many refs, I expect you to have the same. Low ball offers will be ignored etc etc

When Billy sold it he said:

"i'm thinking of letting this one go - i bought it a few months back from a friend on MWR. He had just had the watch serviced ; dial and hands relumed ; and crystal polished = i'll be happy to provide the reciept from this work which he sent w/ the watch. The one fault of the watch is the fact the dial feet are positioned one second off (to the counter-clockwise) - it's hard to notice, but once you do it will be apparent. I sent it to Jack to have the problem fixed - and it came back the same way (he didn't charge me, and i didn't mention the work wasn't done by his watchmaker - i simply don't want to spend the time and energy again). The PVD has some wear - the pix below will tell that better than i can describe. The watch comes on the original SQUALE signed rubber strap"

(I might have that receipt still, but so far I havent found it yet! will keep looking, but its a moot point now i guess LOL)

Billy's Pics... nicer than mine (as ever)!
